Please note that when you are under 18 years old, some DMV forms may be required and are not included in promotional values listed on groupon. For teens needing permits for online completion: Pink Certificate for permit is $45.00 For teens needing drivers license: Yellow Certificate license fees are $75.00 Please note that IF you purchase our groupon, your certificate fee is issued at a discounted rate of $25.00 for Permit and $45.00 for Drivers License, rather then the regular rate. Please also note if you permit is still under 30 days old, these certificate fees will be waived and you will only need to pay the fee on groupon for your services, there will be NO additional fee.
